Key Responsibilities
Manage various aspects of construction projects, including reviewing design and bidding documents, evaluating contractor bids, supporting project operations and cost estimation and overseeing project progress and scheduling.
Review architectural designs and construction plans for feasibility and compliance.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure project goals are met.
Utilize project management tools such as Procore to streamline workflows.
Conduct site visits and participate in construction administration (Physical requirements: Visual review of documents, typing, traversing construction sites on foot)
Assist in quantity take-offs, scope reviews, and bid-leveling for public and private sector construction projects.
Prepare preliminary budgets and cost estimates using historical data, subcontractor pricing, and material databases.
Collaborate with Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure field activities align with project schedules and budgets.
Coordinate RFI and submittal logs, track material procurement, and assist with daily construction documentation.
Review architectural and engineering drawings for accuracy and constructability.
Support subcontractor outreach and prequalification.
Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office to maintain organized project records and bid documentation.
Qualifications
3-10 years of industry experience post-graduation
1–3 years of experience in construction or estimating preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Experience with government, healthcare, education and commercial work projects.
Strong building technology and problem-solving skills
Strong background in architectural design, especially educational or cultural projects
Advanced knowledge of construction drawings, and specification documents
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Familiarity with Office 365 and project management platforms (Procore or similar).
Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Excel is a plus
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities
At VASE Construction, our Project Managers lead with precision, purpose, and professionalism. They ensure every project reflects our commitment to excellence, safety, and client satisfaction.
Uphold and enforce VASE’s core values, safety standards, and company policies across all phases of the project.
Manage overall project financials — including budgets, cost controls, change orders, and cash flow — to ensure profitability.
Coordinate schedules, workflows, and team meetings to keep production on track and aligned with milestones.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, team members, subcontractors, and business partners.

Qualifications
3–5 years of post-graduation experience in design and management of construction projects, including educational or cultural buildings.
Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, or a related field preferred.
Strong design skills and problem-solving abilities.
Advanced knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and building codes.
Experience managing design projects for firms and owners, with the ability to lead from a construction perspective.
Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Microsoft Project.
Experience with project management platforms such as Procore; Bluebeam experience is a required.
Skilled in documenting projects and workflows using project management software.
