Requirements

We are seeking a Construction Project Architect or Designer to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our projects are executed seamlessly, combining innovation and precision.

Description

Key Responsibilities

• Review architectural designs and construction plans for feasibility and compliance.

• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.

• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and quality assurance processes.

• Utilize advanced project management tools such as Procore to streamline workflows.

• Ensure adherence to work regulations and building codes.

Qualifications

• Active architectural license in Connecticut

• 5+ years of experience in construction projects focusing on architectural design.

• Understanding of project management platforms (Procore, or Similar)

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Passion for delivering high-quality work.
