We are seeking a Construction Superintendent with expertise in architectural design to join our team. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage daily site operations, collaborate with key stakeholders, and ensure that all aspects of the project align with architectural plans and quality standards. This role is pivotal in ensuring our projects are executed seamlessly, combining innovation and precision.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of construction projects, ensuring efficiency.

• Review construction plans for feasibility, compliance, and constructability.

• Collaborate with contractors, and stakeholders to meet project goals and deadlines.

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality assurance.

• Utilize Procore (or similar) to streamline workflows, including:

  • Daily logs

  • Task management

  • Trade, client, and design team meeting minutes

  • Scheduling and weekly look-aheads

• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, and worksite compliance.

• Maintain clear and proactive communication with all stakeholders regarding project progress, challenges, and requirements.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of construction drawings, and specification documents.

• 5+ years of experience in construction projects with a focus on architectural design.

• Proficiency in project management platforms such as Procore (or similar).

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills to navigate project complexities..

• Commitment to high-quality work and attention to detail in project execution.
