VASE Management (Construction Manager), on behalf of the City of Milford’s Department of Economic & Community Development (DECD), managed 25 rehabs for eligible Milford homeowners.

The projects consisted of correction of health and building code violations; energy efficient improvements such as new roofing, siding, windows, doors, insulation, furnace or heat/cooling system, gas conversion, water heater; water and sewer improvements due to collapse, or tested for health code violations; replacement of concrete steps and railings; accessibility modifications for disabled household members; door entryways, grab bars and bathroom fixtures; lead-based paint testing and stabilization; and asbestos hazards.
