VASE Management (Construction Manager), on behalf of the Town of Fairfield’s Department of Economic and Community Development (DECD), manages rehabs for eligible Fairfield homeowners.

This program is intended to assist very low-income homeowners with minor maintenance and repairs to their primary place of residence. The project includes cost of all labor associated with the desired repairs to improve the home’s condition, prevent or correct physical deterioration, conserve energy, and/or correct code violations.
