VASE Management (Construction Managers), on behalf of The Ansonia Housing Authority (Owner), managed the three phases of the Riverside Apartment Complex demolition. The Riverside Apartments site encompasses a total of approximately ten acres.

VASE oversaw the demolition of the five acre portion of the site, west of Olson Drive and south of High Street. The total construction cost is approximately $6 million, including public and private funds.
