Grand Opening of the Historical 94-96 Edwards Street Apartment Building
VASE officially opened the newly rehabilitated 94-96 Edwards St. last May 20, 2021. Witnessed by esteemed guests and investors, this marks the first completed project of VASE as it ventures into real estate.
Originally built in 1865, the structure was left dilapidated and was subject to failed remodeling in 2010. VASE acquired the property and started the rehabilitation last 2020 with the help of private investors and the Hartford Community Loan Fund. Despite the COVID-19 crisis, VASE successfully finished the project and is presently listed for rent, providing housing to the Clay Hill neighborhood of Hartford, Connecticut.
