"Bold Beginnings": VASE's Vincencia Adusei Joins Panel of Women Business Leaders

Vincencia Adusei, CEO of VASE, will be a featured panelist at the Connecticut Business & Industry Association's (CBIA) "When Women Lead" summit on March 18th, 2025 where she will discuss her entrepreneurial journey as part of the "Bold Beginnings: From Vision to Venture" panel.

The annual summit, held this year at the Aqua Turf Club, celebrates the impact of women in Connecticut's business landscape. This year's panel, moderated by Women's Business Development Council (WBDC) CEO Fran Pastore, will provide attendees with a unique opportunity to learn from the experiences of successful women entrepreneurs.

Adusei, alongside Ellen Feldman Ornato, Partner at Bolder Company Inc., will delve into the critical aspects of building a business from the ground up. The discussion will explore the panelists' individual paths to entrepreneurship, including their inspirations, the challenges they faced, and the key lessons they learned along the way. Attendees can expect to gain valuable insights into the realities of turning a vision into a thriving venture, directly from Adusei's experiences as the CEO of VASE.
