Full-Time experience Estimator (5+ years experience) to provide construction estimates. Ability to see the details in project documents, manage multiple deadlines, and communicate effectively.
Primary Responsibilities
Estimating
Some project management
Generate competitive cost estimates for hard bid, competitive, negotiated, AND design/build on commercial and residential projects.
Visit sites to evaluate existing conditions and identify and capture any scope that may not be included in the design documents.
Plan, lead, coordinate activities associated w/ project's budget, bid, and buyout.
Work in conjunction with the Team to determine appropriate bid opportunities.
Presentation of accurate and detailed numbers to clients on time is essential.
Some business development
5+ years experience with construction estimating.
Ability to travel as needed within State.
Pipeline, Bluebeam, RS Means, MS Projects & Office, or related applications preferred.
