Arrange and conduct project meetings with owners and consultants. Scheduling multiple projects and crews, procurement and coordination of construction materials and equipment.
Review cost coding of time sheets, invoices and execute buy-out negotiations of subcontractors and vendors, while maintaining control of budgets and schedules to ensure projects are on time and within cost constraints.
Create, distribute, and implement construction schedules, master and subcontracts, addenda, bulletins, RFI’s, change orders, and payment requisitions.
