  • Design lead: Designed and worked on a series of residential and commercial projects from the inception through feasibility studies into working drawings of such projects

  • General supervision: Involved in the supervision of commercial and residential projects, undertaking site meetings and reviewing architectural drawings and details of design

  • Design review: Participate in extensive analysis and value engineering of design work during the building design phase

  • Coordinate Daily Affairs of Business: Managing the design team and consultants to establish an on time and successful completion of the project’s objectives during the building design phase. Daily interaction with project owners, architects, engineers and consultants to reduce costs and remediate any issues that may arise
