VASE Management and A.Prete Construction (Construction Managers), on behalf of The Glendower Group, Inc./ Elm City Communities/Housing Authority of the City of New Haven (Owner), are redeveloping a ten-storey high-rise consisting of 150 studio and one-bedroom apartments. It serves residents with disabilities and residents who are 62 years old or older.

The project’s approximate square footage is 66,000. Work consists of abatement, site work, rehab of elevators, rehab & replacement of kitchen units, new floors, paint, windows, and door replacement throughout. MEP upgrades include new switch gear, as well as generator and mini spilt systems. The total construction cost is approximately $11 million, which includes public and private funds.
