VASE provides construction management services; business consultation; and marketing and advertising services for public and private agencies. Our mission is to work with and promote contractors that are pre-qualified including DBE firms on publicly and privately financed construction projects. DBE’s include Local-, Small-, Minority-, Woman-, Veterans, and Section 3 firms. VASE company is a state certified minority/female owned and section 3 firm.
