Laura Raymond Home Boiler Replacement

VASE Management (General Contractor) on behalf of Norwalk Redevelopment Agency and Miss Laura Raymond Homes (Funder/Owner) managed the replacement of boilers at a 50 unit senior housing facility as well as upgrading the insulation in the attic to an R42 value.

The contract was for approximately $150 thousand. The project involved the removal of the existing system, installation of 2 new boilers and an indirect water heater. Each unit (50) received new thermostats and zone valves.
