VASE Management (Construction Manager), on behalf of developer Jose Ramirez (Owner), managed the redevelopment of eight condos located on the upper floors of a building that once hosted Mayor Mike’s restaurant in Hartford, CT.

This project, named “The Hartford Lofts,” converted a space that was formerly a hotel and rooming house, and turned it into the first residential condo project in downtown in more than a decade. The project’s approximate square footage is 16,000. Work consisted of total gut renovation, site work, and new elevator and MEP systems. The total construction cost is approximately $1.7 million including public and private funds.
