VASE Management, as a Construction Manager, worked on the renovation of approximately 6,300 square feet of the usable academic space within the Lower Level of Davis Hall of the Southern Connecticut State University.

The project involved demolition and construction of new walls, finishes, lighting, data, and HVAC systems & controls.
