As founder and President of VASE Management, Vincencia has been involved in the construction & development of housing, municipal, educational, historic renovation, and commercial properties throughout Connecticut since 2007. With 14 years of experience, Vincencia has worked in every management capacity, including construction supervision, project management, estimating and cost development, business management, consulting and outreach services, and executive oversight. She serves as Principal-in-Charge of all VASE Projects and administers AA/EOE Policy.

The 53,000 SF redevelopment of two six-storey buildings consisted of senior/disabled high-rise development, providing 65 homes/one-bedroom & studio apartments for residents 62 yrs and up, as well as residents w/ disabilities.

Housing Authority of New Haven | New Haven, CT
Charles T. McQueeney Apartments | $13 million

A 66,000 SF ten-storey high-rise consisted of 150 studio and one-bedroom apartments. It serves residents with disabilities and residents who are 62 years and older.

Multiple Renovations | $275K

Conversion of a one-family residential to business. Rehab and replacement of kitchen units. Rehab and replacement of apartment units. MEP upgrades.

Ansonia Housing Authority | Ansonia, CT
Demolition of Apartments Complex on Olson Dr. $1.2M

Managed two phases of the Riverside Apartments Complex demolition. Oversaw the demolition of the five-acre portion of the site, west of Olson Drive and south of High Street. The Riverside Apartments site encompasses a total of approximately six acres.

Hartford Lofts | $1.7 million

Developed 16,000 SF, eight condos located on the upper floors of the building. This project, named “The Hartford Lofts,” converted a former hotel & rooming house, and turned it into the first residential condo project downtown in more than a decade. Work consisted of total gut renovation, site work, and a new elevator & MEP systems.

Reconstructing and mitigating 37 residential structures in compliance with all applicable local, federal, and state statutory requirements. Construction included single and small multi-family housing projects and house lifts.

Rehab of new classrooms, gymnasium, bathrooms, hallways, flooring, window / door replacement, MEP upgrades including generator and switch gears. Developer / Builder of 94-96 Edwards St. | $450K

Renovations of 1865 historic building to return to its
former glory and provide high-quality, affordable housing. The project received full 25% historic tax credits and ten years of City tax abatement.
